Description:
This is a quite simple game which works according to the principle of pushing boxes. Thus it can be assigned to the category of brainteaser and strategy games.
The challenge is to move a robot through a labyrinth. In this labyrinth there are placed boxes which should to be pushed on the specially marked positions. The difficult thing is to find a suitable way without obstructing the robot´s way mistakenly. The difficulty increases from level to level.

Background of Creation:
The game was originally created in 1996 at school in 13th class. In the Informatics lessons there was an exercise to program a simple graphical game that should contain at least a simple animation and a user interaction. Well, the minimum requirement is easily surpassed. The original version only had 10 levels.
Before the start of my Informatics studies I used the game in 1998 for an application for a practical training which I needed for my studies.
On the occasion of releasing this game on the net I updated the program and extended it by 5 new levels. At that time I also created the program Boxes Level Editor 1.1 with which you can adapt the levels to your own wishes.
